Proffiliates Inc is seeking an energetic self starter with a background in Internet sales, online advertising, CPA/CPM/CPC marketing, and an aggressive sales attitude who is ready to help grow a new sector of our business.

Job Description:
Develop, negotiate and close new accounts. Help manage current CPA offers and all related relationships. Help develop new products and offers. Prospect for new partners and concepts in the industry. Track success of campaigns and find ways to improve client’s results. Build sales opportunities across all pricing models: CPA, CPM, and CPC……

Qualifications:

At least 4 years of experience working as an account manager in online media and specifically in the Affiliate Network space.
Preferably with some List Management experience and a good knowledge of Publishers and Advertisers in the industry.
Self motivator with proven sales skills.
Strong interactive media agency connections. Background in successful online advertising principles with experience negotiating CPA (cost-per-action), CPC (cost-per-click) and CPM (cost-per-impression).
Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Compensation:
Competitive base salary, depending on experience, plus commission.
