Thomas Kinkade Partners With Regional Papers To Bring in Online Ad Revenue
ADOTAS — The syndicated advertising management and online media publishing provider, Thomas Kinkade Network, announced yesterday that it is partnering with Mainstreet Media to launch and market a series of online broadcast channels and extend Mainstreet’s traditional newspaper brands.
Mainstreet Media owns a number of regional papers in California including the Gilroy Dispatch, the Santa Cruz Good Times and Del Mar News.
“Partnering with Mainstreet Media Group to assist in extending traditional print media to the web is a key strategy as we both recognize that our end clients, the advertisers, are switching rapidly from traditional print to internet-based platforms,” said Todd Stewardson, Vice President Sales for the Thomas Kinkade Company. “With Thomas Kinkade’s intimate knowledge of brand distribution and syndication, coupled with the successful publishing and market awareness of our newly formed network division, we see a very bright and radically different next few years.”
“The Thomas Kinkade Network’s expertise in brand syndication, media and network tools has already resulted in the successful and rapid launch of Gilroytv.com, one of many future channels,” said Stephen Staloch of Mainstreet Media. “Not only is their rapid go-to-market capability invaluable, we believe the association with the Thomas Kinkade brand and demographics will certainly increase our market visibility in our effort to extend our traditional print media to the internet world.”
