Social Network For Gamers In Beta
ADOTAS - The UGAME Network, an online gaming social network, entered a closed private beta this week. After 10 months and more than 6,000 hours of development the technical engineers at UGAME have unleashed the site for a select few.
Participants will be able to interact, write blogs, support gaming teams, meet new friends and share their passion for gaming. The private beta will be used to resolve any unforeseen problems – invitations will be sent out to gamers over the course of the beta. UGAME enlisted help from Team Fnatic, which is currently ranked as the world’s premier gaming team.
Patric “cArn” Sattermon, the in-game captain of the Fnatic counterstrike team has been using the site for three months and said “I can’t wait to get all my friends, fans and even my opposition under the one roof. It will be a great way to stay connected and of course be endless fun!”
UGAME is scheduled to open its private beta in a few weeks, www.techcrunch.com reports.
