mobiletv3.jpgOn Tuesday, Nokia announced the launch of its online gaming service N-Gage, which will expand its online mobile offerings.

The cell phone maker has also launched its own social networking site “Share on Ovi” today, allowing users to share videos and pictures, built on the technology from the U.S. firm Twango, according to Globe and Mail.

Both of these developments are under the new “Ovi” initiative by Nokia. Ovi is the brand name under which Nokia’s new mobile services are being created.

The company delayed the gaming service two times last year, mostly due to additional software testing and making the services available to N81 multimedia phone owners.
