B2B Sites Find Alternative To AdSense
Online B2B publishers are monetizing their traffic better by offering free industry-specific content to their users. In providing valuable content to their audience, these publishers are generating revenue through NetLine Corporation’s RevResponse.com partnership program which gives Web publishers free content and pays them for sharing it with their audiences.
Unlike Google AdSense, RevResponse.com helps publishers monetize their websites through contextual offers that their audiences will find valuable as opposed to text-based, sidebar-placed ads found with AdSense and similar programs.
“RevResponse from NetLine has helped us diversify our revenue stream,” said J. Christian Hesketh of Ion Channel Media Group Ltd., a RevResponse partner. “We have experienced high payouts for each successful lead and our visitors appreciate the opportunity to receive free, high quality publications tailored to their interests. The RevResponse program is a win-win for both our bottom-line and for our site visitors.”
The touch points for revenue generation on RevResponse.com include contextual widgets, branded content catalogues, newsletter templates and XML feed options. While most B2B lead-generation platforms present advertisements to users, RevResponse.com presents audience targeted content that is free.
“RevResponse.com has evaluated the existing B2B lead generation models and has created a program focused on publisher’s needs,” said Robert Alvin, CEO of NetLine Corporation. “Rather than offering just ads, we offer free content; instead of one ad widget, we have several ways for publishers to generate revenue online.”
“Presenting free subscriptions to my qualified visitors generates a high subscription rate. The income outperforms similar partner opportunities by far,” said Reto Mueller, Organic-Chemistry.org, another RevResponse.com partner.
One of the greatest benefits of the RevResponse program is that publishers are able to retain their audience. Instead of presenting clickthrough ads, the RevResponse content catalogue creates thousands of additional web pages within a publisher’s site which increases the publisher’s monetization potential without losing its audience to another site.
The success of RevResponse.com has translated across the board, not just to its clients but to its growing list of over 4,000 plus partner sites inclusive of NetLine’s own TradePub.com
“In addition to the online publisher benefits of the network, NetLine’s Lead Generation business offers a competitive advantage in quality and quantity of leads for our B2B advertising clients,” said Alvin.
