Vonage And Nortel Settle Patent Fight

A settlement has come in the patent disputes between Canadian equipment maker Nortel Networks and online phone company Vonage, reports The Associated Press.

The settlement does not involve monetary compensation from either company and includes a “limited cross license” to three patents from each of the companies.

Stock in Vonage has decreased by 71% in the past 12 months throughout a consistent history of legal issues.

  • Tempting as it might be, I don't want to get too involved in one aspect.
  • See, I think this might be a good time to see what would happen if we revisited MySpace, but made the ads slightly bigger... with more strobe effect.
