interCLICK Brings Jay Freedman Into The Family
Online advertising network, interCLICK has a new family member joining with Jay Freedman. Freedman has been appointed to the position of VP of Brand Sales for the company. The company is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Customer Acquisition Network, Inc. The addition of Freeman follows the recent hires of Josh Cohen from Blue Lithium; Curtiss Melanson from Undertone Networks; Marc Hirsch from Mediamax Network; Brendan Delaney from Valueclick Media; and Rite Kiryakos from AzoogleAds.
Previously, Freedman was East Coast Sales Manager for Specific Media, managing the company’ new accounts and expanding the existing client roster. Starting as an account executive in 2005, Freedman was quickly promoted to senior account executive. At the beginning of this year, he was named the youngest Sales Manager in the company. Prior to Specific Media, Freedman was senior account executive at Quigo Technologies, Inc., leading sales efforts for the Ad Sonar, solely responsible for two major vertical markets, automotive and sports.
interCLICK president Michael Katz stated “Hiring Jay Freedman has brought a lot of attention to interCLICK within various interactive agencies. Along with Jay, our seasoned East Coast sales team will be the driving force behind our continued growth in 2008 and beyond.”
