One of the largest and fastest growing Dating Web Sites is looking for experienced online marketers, affiliate managers, and media buyers. You must be comfortable making over 50 cold calls a day, committed to gaining new clients, and have demonstrated experience buying or selling internet advertising, prospecting, and managing online advertising campaigns. You must have at least 2 years experience buying or selling online advertising on a cpm, cpc, and cpa basis.

Responsibilities:

Proactively prospect for new affiliates and places to advertise
Handle incoming leads
Manage existing affiliate accounts
Manage & Optimize existing online advertising campaigns
Hit target revenue quota (quarterly)

Requirements:
2+ years of experience buying or selling online advertising
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Must have the ability to network over the telephone, through emails, and in person.
Must have strong negotiation skills
Bachelors Degree
