Bazaar Advertising Snapped Up By AzoogleAds

handshake3.jpgIt is now being widely reported that AzoogleAds has acquired Bazaar Advertising. AzoogleAds is an online marketing solutions provider and Bazaar Advertising is a San Francisco-based search engine management and advertising company.

According to a report in Thewhir.com, the terms of the deal have not been made public. This acquisition has been done in an effort to grow the technology and optimization capabilities of AzoogleAds as opposed to purely gaining a larger list of clients.

AzoogleAds usually caters to CPA-based affiliate networking however, with the addition of Bazaar Advertising; the company has strengthened its SEM presence, creating stronger bonds with its advertising clients.

Currently, there are 120 employees working for AzoogleAds in three offices in New York, San Francisco, and Toronto.
