Pitstick Named ValueClick CFO
Today ValueClick, Inc released that they are promoting John Pitstick to CFO starting immediately. He replaces Scott H. Ray who has decided to leave the company, but will remain with the company through the end of September.
Pitstick has been with the company since March and has served as a senior member of the ValueClick finance team. He will have responsibility over the firm’s global finance and facilities functions.
Tom Vadnais, CEO of ValueClick said in a statement, “I have worked closely with John in my senior management and board members roles at ValueClick, and John’s experience and track record make him the natural choice as ValueClick’s next CFO.”
Before ValueClick, Pitstick was a senior manager at Ernst & Young where he assisted private and public companies in high technology for almost ten years.
