Microsoft ContentAds Going Mainstream

Microsoft has finally announced that it will open access to ContentAds for all advertisers on August 29th.

This will allow them to buy ad space on pages within Microsoft’s network, in addition to LiveSearch. Content Ads are text-based ads that are contextually targeted, allowing advertisers to target certain demographics, and geographies. ContentAds are being shown on Microsoft properties, such Money, MSN and Windows Marketplace.

No update when Microsoft ContentAds will move from “beta” to “final” status.
