IonMX Integrates With One To One Division
Yesterday, One to One Interactive announced that it has acquired a IonMX. One to One is a digital marketing holding company based out of Boston, Ma; and IonMX is a Rhode Island based email marketing solutions and services company. IonMX’s messaging platform and corresponding technologies are also part of the acquisition.
Formerly of Bluestreak, Inc. IonMX will be incorporated into a portfolio of opt-in messaging products under One to One’s OTOlabs division. This is the largest acquisition for the company to date and comes right after the Aegis Group acquisition of Bluestreak’s ad-serving network.
Annette Tonti, co-founder and chairman at Bluestreak remarked, “Permission based one-to-one messaging will continue to experience strong growth over the coming years, IonMX positions One to One as a true leader in the digital marketing industry.”
The current version of IonMX’s technology is an advanced permission-based marketing platform with applications for email and RSS. There are developments being made for added features including SMS capabilities.
