Online Account Manager

Active Response Group is seeking an experienced online account manager to manage, execute, optimize and provide superior service to our key accounts. We are looking for an outgoing, analytical professional who builds strong relationships and loyalty with customers and co-workers.

Responsibilities:

• Perform a thorough client needs analysis and provide solutions.
• Traffic and execute online display advertising programs for key accounts.

• Creativity to conceptualize new ad campaigns and concepts.
• Maintain a very close relationship with in-house creative team and in-house media-buying team in order to synchronize account activities.
• Analyze, maintain, adjust, and troubleshoot existing advertising campaigns.
• Understanding of online terms and trends - ROI, CTR, CPA, CPC, Ecpm, and how to utilize them to grow an account.

The position requires the following qualifications:
• 2+ year(s) online advertising operations experience
• Ability to multi task and prioritize responsibilities
• Excels in fast-paced day-to-day activity
• extremely organized and detail oriented
• Strong Excel skills
• Solid/proven computer applications skills (MS Excel).
• BA/BS or equivalent

Knowledge of Right Media (Yield Manager) ad serving platform a plus.
