Innovation Interactive Announces Management Buyout
Acquistion announcements are continuing at a record pace this quarter, today with a big announcement from Innovation Interactive.
Innovation Interactive, a search-centric digital marketing services company and the parent company of 360i and SearchIgnite, today announced that it had completed a management-led buyout from its parent company, Livedoor Japan. The buyout was funded by Innovation Interactive’s management team and employees, and backed by ABS Capital Partners, a later-stage investor with $1.5 billion under management. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

The top leaders of the online advertising business like Google, Yahoo and Microsoft have raised the stakes through recent acquisitions.The next generation of companies like Innovation Interactive are preparing themselves to be competitive in this brave new world. As the acquisitions continue it may shape up to be an interesting summer.
