Travelocity Adds “Window Seat” Blog to Current Services
Online travel company Travelocity is raising the bar with its recent launch of “The Window Seat”. A blog dedicated to all things travel, each inquiry is addressed through blog posts, tips, links, and travel experiences on the site. “Sharing travel perspectives and experiences”, The Window Seat is set to enhance the curiosity of travelers and aspiring travelers with resourceful information from travel experts.
Amy Ziff, Travelocity’s editor-at-large, will spearhead this endeavor while contributing a daily column and posting blogs to the site as well. Written by travelers, industry experts, and professionals, The Window Seat is designed for all types of travelers seeking information on upcoming vacations, possible vacation opportunities and future travel goals.
Titles such as Celebrity Hotspots, Family Travel, Tailored Travel, Entertainment, Sports, and Travel Tips are offered along with a list of comprehensive links to sites that are geared toward travelers. From personal travel stories to a resourceful blog, readers can receive advice along with the 24-hour live phone support already established through the Travelocity website.
In a statement, Ziff describes The Window Seat as a “great venue for sharing advice, asking questions and rehashing your favorite travel stories.”
