Avenue A | Razorfish Acquires Honk Kong Digital Agency

US-based interactive marketing firm Avenue A | Razorfish, an aQuantive subsidiary, has announced the purchase of e-Crusade, a digital marketing agency out of Hong Kong and Shanghai.

e-Crusade has provided strategic planning, creative, tech and digital integration services since 1999, and has won more than 30 awards from the Association of Accredited Advertising Agents of Hong Kong and Asia Pacific Advertising Festivals for its work with brands like Coca-Cola, Nike and Xbox. e-Crusade will keep its name and its management team.

“The team at e-Crusade is acclaimed for its creative innovation and delivering digital marketing results,” said Avenue A president Clark Kokich in a statement. “We are pleased to welcome e-Crusade to our expanding Avenue A | Razorfish organization. The ability to unite talent spanning five major markets is driving greater digital innovation, and compounding our global commitment to client service. Together, our scale offers clients greater digital marketing opportunities worldwide.”

Avenue A | Razorfish currently houses 12 offices around the US, and also owns DNA in the UK, Amnesia in Australia, and NEUE DIGITALE in Germany.
