Newegg.com, Commission Junction Launch Affiliate Marketing Partnership
Internet retailer Newegg.com has announced that it will be launching its affiliate marketing program with ValueClick’s Commission Junction. Newegg.com is an ecommerce company that specializes in providing consumer and businesses with solutions for a comprehensive digital lifestyle.
Newegg.com will be using Commission Junction’s CJ Vantage and CJ Associate services, programs that manage and optimize advertisers’ affiliate programs and leverage Commission Junction’s network of over 50,000 productive publishers. Newegg will also leverage the affiliate marketing provider’s product catalog and item-based commission functionalities.
“Newegg.com grew to approximately $1.3 billion in annual sales in its first five years of operation,” said Tom Vadnais, President of ValueClick US and general manager of Commission Junction and Mediaplex. “We are proud to have a company with such explosive growth select us to assist them in managing and fueling continued growth. We are confident that our network of publishers and deep experience in performance marketing for consumer electronics will help them achieve their marketing goals.”
Howard Tong, VP of Newegg, explained the decision to utilize Commission Junction was the result of CJ’s technology, experience, and network of “top performing publishers.”
Half of the Internet Retailer’s Top 500 Retail Websites that have third-party programs, including Newegg.com, are Commission Junction clients.
