Yahoo TV Previews Fall Lineup
Yahoo has launched the fall TV preview on its Yahoo TV site for TV listings, news and video content. TV fans will have access to clips of upcoming shows, plus full premier episodes of new shows debuting this fall like CBS’s Jericho, which will appear online on September 18th before it debuts on TV on the 20th, and NBC’s Heroes, which will also appear on the 18th until it’s aired on the 25th. The TV preview has also launched with the pilot episode of FOX’s Vanished and the season two premier of Prison Break, which will be online September 13th.
“Offering Yahoo users access to content from new and returning shows is part of our ongoing efforts to give people the most entertaining and engaging online programming possible,” said Yahoo Entertainment GM Karin Gilford in a statement. “As people watch more video content online, we look forward to continuing our collaboration with the TV networks to provide users with the highest quality TV-related content on the Web.”
Yahoo TV has also added new tools navigational features, and matches up show scheduling information with video clips and previews so users can decide whether they’d like to watch the show or not.
