Eurekster’s SwickiPublisher Arrives on Forbes.com
Eurekster has announced that Forbes.com will be integrating its SwickiPublisher community search platform. Eurekster provides community-drive, social search and monetization services for Web publishers. By implementing Swicki technology on the Forbes website, searches performed on Forbes.com will list results that are influenced by and specialized for Forbes users.
“Eurekster’s community search platform empowers Forbes.com to leverage its highly targeted brand and vertical expertise while allowing the Forbes.com user base of ‘C’-level executives to collaborate and conduct vertically-focused searches producing more accurate and actionable results for them in an efficient manner,” said Steven Marder, CEO of Eurekster, Inc. “This leads to increased usage, improved user experience and brand loyalty which will facilitate the further growth of online advertising revenue for Forbes.com.”
The SwickiPublisher uses contextual refinement of search queries to improve relevant results through continuous behavioral analysis. Users participate passively and anonymously, as the SwickiPublisher does the work. It also provides a “What’s Hot” BuzzCloud feature that shares the most popular and recommended searches for a site’s users.
