Avenue A | Razorfish Brings on NEUE DIGITALE
Interactive marketing firm Avenue A | Razorfish has increased its digital marketing family with the acquisition of NEUE DIGITALE, a German-based creative agency for digital marketing. NEUE DIGITALE’s services include strategic planning, creative conception, and technical implementation for integrated, interactive marketing. It also provides media services for the integration of mobile channels.
Clark Kokich, President of Avenue A | Razorfish said in a statement, “Avenue A | Razorfish is keenly focused on our clients’ needs. Our determination to provide exceptional service in promising international markets led us to NEUE DIGITALE in Germany.” He adds, “NEUE DIGITALE is distinguished as a leader for creative innovation and delivering digital marketing results. We are excited to welcome the team to our expanding family.”
Andreas Gahlert, founder and managing director of NEUE DIGITALE, similarly felt that, because the two companies employ similar beliefs and tactics, the new union will be successful. “Our solutions offer clients measurable success through the synthesis of creativity and effectiveness. Aligning with Avenue A | Razorfish, collectively we’ll apply unsurpassed knowledge of digital channels to help clients achieve success,” he said.
NEUE DIGITALE will retain its brand identity and existing leadership team while operating as a subsidiary of Avenue A | Razorfish.
