As the advertising industry in Ireland currently spends more on online advertising than on cinema advertising, Cawley Nea\TBWA, a traditional ad agency in Ireland, has announced the launch of its digital marketing division, Agency.com Dublin. Agency.com currently has offices in four major US cities as well as in London, Brussels, and Amsterdam.

The full-service interactive agency delivers creative digital solutions on a local level and has already been hired to redevelop the Irish Greyhound Board website as well as other digital projects for Cawley Nea\TBWA clients.

“We’re genuinely excited to be bringing Agency.com to Ireland,” said David Eastman, worldwide CEO of Agency.com. “It’s not only in line with our intention to bring interactive communications to key markets within the TBWA group, but also represents a great opportunity to be involved in a fast growing, emerging market for all things digital.”

Cawley Nea\TBWA’s decision to bring on Agency.com is the result of its declared commitment to an integrated approach to communications. “Combining the skills of Agency.com with the existing group expertise inherent within TEQUILA\ and OMD Ireland, gives us a really strong and differentiated client offering,” said Peter Cahill, Head of Integration at Cawley Nea\TBWA.

Agency.com’s worldwide clients include British Airways, Dulux, Heineken, IKEA, T-mobile, and VISA, amongst others.
