Wunderman Acquires Zaaz
Interactive advertising agency Wunderman, a division of global conglomerate WPP Group PLC, today announced it has acquired Web design firm Zaaz.
Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed at press time, but Wunderman revealed that Zaaz’s net assets totaled $1.6 million at the end of 2005, with another $9.2 million in generated, but un-audited revenue.
Wunderman hopes to enhance its data analysis capabilities and better serve its advertising clients with Zaaz—a company which has Northwest bases in both Seattle and Portland, and offers SEO and SEM services along with design.
