The issue goes beyond the accusations that Google manipulates their Page Rank system. I just find it unbelievable how a public company can operate on such a secretive level. From click fraud to search results I just don't see how a PUBLIC company can be so vague with thier operations. However as long as Google can pump out great earnings, no one's going to care about their internal practices. As soon as their stock price gets hammered (one day it will), that's when government and other groups will start investigations and the "black box" will be opened. It's all about the stock price.
