Avenue A | Razorfish Buys Australian Agency
Ad agency Avenue A | Razorfish, a division of aQuantive, continues to expand internationally by buying Australian agency Amnesia. Amnesia operates out of Sydney, but it serves markets in Australia, Asia Pacific and Europe. Amnesia will keep its brand and its core leadership team, but it will now operate as a division of Avenue A | Razorfish.
“The addition of Amnesia to our growing Avenue A | Razorfish family is a great development. We’re dedicated to delivering exceptional solutions for our clients and Amnesia shares both our approach and focus on delivering digital marketing value,” said Avenue A | Razorfish president Clark Kokich, in a statement. “Amnesia’s superb reputation for client service and creative innovation extends our service to one of the largest emerging digital markets.”
Amnesia has been creating interactive campaigns throughout the Asia Pacific region since 1998. Its client list includes Disney, Xbox and IKEA. Last year Avenue A | Razorfish expanded into the UK by buying UK marketing agency DNA. Its client list includes Best Buy, Disney, and Microsoft
