Voicestar Acquires Selling Station
Voicestar Inc, a provider of pay-per-call enablement solutions and distribution, has announced the acquisition of the assets of Selling Station, LLC. Selling Station works with advertising agencies, direct marketers, and search engine marketing firms to track local, direct response advertising campaigns.
Ari Jacoby, Co-founder and President of Voicestar, feels that the acquisition of Selling Station will help to accelerate his company’s sales efforts and looks forward to the additional ideas and energy that will result. Scott Pyper, Founder and Chairman of Selling Station, will join Voicestar under the terms of the transaction and expressed a similar outlook regarding the merger.
“As a firm believer in the role pay per call will play both on and offline, I am certain that the addition of Selling Station’s assets to Voicestar’s technology and market-approach will be a winning combination,” he said in a statement.
Voicestar currently uses private labeling to sell or distribute pay-per-call advertising and aligns the interests of consumers, advertisers, agencies, and publishers.
