Q Interactive Launches Triple Opt-In Technology
Online marketer Q Interactive has added what it’s called Triple Opt-In Lead Generation to its TrueLeads lead generation service. Triple Opt-In allows marketers to verify their leads three times, in turn allowing selected advertisers to increase their ROI and make sure the leads they’re getting are the highest quality possible. Triple Opt-In requires customers to take three different steps to verify that they do indeed want to be contacted by an advertiser. The IAB’s minimum standard for lead verification meanwhile is single opt-in.
Triple Opt-In is designed for industries that require a greater level of customer verification like online education, financial services, or industries that use call centers. “Opting-in” three times reduces the time and expense required for call centers to follow-up on unqualified leads. According to Q Interactive’s beta tests, Triple Opt-In Lead Generation increased lead conversion by 85% on-average.
“With our standard double opt-in requirement for the TrueLeads service, we’ve taken a strong stance for consumer consent and control as well as set a higher bar higher for lead quality,” said Q Interactive’s CMO Matthew Wise in a statement. “Now with our Triple Opt-In Lead Generation service, we’re taking these core values even further to cater to specific advertisers who require an even greater level of qualification to ensure successful campaign ROI.”
