Nissan to Exclusively Sponsor Slate Redesign


To cap its week-long 10th anniversary celebration, daily online magazine SLATE is launching a new home page redesign today. Nissan will be the exclusive sponsor of the redesign, with ad positions running throughout the day and a spot in the premium ad position known as “The Sweet Spot” at the top of the homepage.

Along with a revised logo, the site’s new design will display Slate’s most popular features more prominently and integrate video and multimedia features.

Slate publisher Cliff Sloan said, “The redesign is a visual reflection of the next phase of the groundbreaking and exciting web journalism that distinguished Slate’s first decade. We’re delighted to have Nissan as a partner in ushering in this new era.”
Slate will continue to adjust the look of its various features in the coming months.
