Mercedes-Benz Upgrades Its Used Car Site
Mercedes-Benz Direct, the destination for consumers who want to purchase a used Mecedes-Benz direct from the manufacturer, has upgraded its online showroom to increase site traffic. Agency JJ has redesigned the site to improve customer handling and acquisition levels.
The new and improved site has seen its highest level of users since it went live last month with 42,000 searches. The site has also produced twice as many calls to the company to purchase cars than it did this time last year.Customers have responded well to the website changes, which will lead to increased sales and customer service satisfaction.
Mercedes-Benz Direct could not be reached for comment.
