Online media/technology firm Conducive Corporation today announced the acquisition of AdZilla New Media, Inc, a Vancouver-based, privately-held business. AdZilla specializes in online content management and distribution for ISPs through its patent-pending ZillaCasting technology.

With this acquisition, Conducive hopes to create a groundbreaking way for ISPs to receive online ad revenue. ZillaCasting was developed over the last three years and is now deployed and proven. According to the release, the technology delivers direct-to-viewer, personalized ads and content transparently to an ISP’s subscriber base at any point during their online activity, without the need for desktop software or cookies.

“This move completes Conducive’s strategic initiative to create a cleaner, safer and more relevant online user experience,” said Jim Waltz, Conducive’s CEO, in a press statement. “Combined with our adMarketplace targeted audience delivery system, ZillaCaster allows us to dynamically transfer each ISP subscriber’s online DNA to publishers and ad networks on demand, resulting in the world’s first cookie-free anonymous ad targeting system. We now offer an unprecedented array of advertising services that can benefit the entire internet advertising ecosystem.”

AdZilla CTO Rob Roker adds, “As margins are squeezed, subscription fees decline and bandwidth consumption increases, Internet Service Providers are seeking ways to supplement their access fees. Until now, their options have been severely limited. With the turnkey ZillaCasting system they can benefit from online advertising right away.”

Mr. Waltz continues as President and Chief Executive Officer and AdZilla co-founder Robert Roker joins Conducive as Chief Technical Officer. Conducive founder James Hill remains Chairman of the company’s Board of Directors.
