AdCracker Releases Interactive CD Tool

AdCracker has today released their AdCracker V6 interactive CD–a tool containing articles, workshops, and examples of effective ads which are designed to help advertisers brainstorm key brand images, creative, and/or slogans. In addition to the items they call “concept triggers,” the company also added a feature called The Idea Machine, a training tool that provides more than 50 “creative challenges,” and examines various web, print, TV, brand, and direct response creatives.

A large portion of the AdCracker CD’s content was written by Steve McNamara, AdCracker’s creative director. McNamara has worked on campaigns for IBM, Rolex, and Citibank while with Rapp Collins and J. Walter Thompson Advertising. “It’s when you’re under deadline pressure, and need to create a big brand or direct response idea, that AdCracker’s concept trigger tools really help,” said McNamara in a statement.

AdCracker.com has been around since 1999, and their CD tool is used as a training and development tool by ad agencies, marketing departments, businesses, and public institutions in more than 90 countries
