TACODA Welcomes New Sites into Network
Behavioral targeting leader TACODA announced today that a large group of websites has joined its TACODA Audience Networks. These sites include those owned and operated by Tribune Interactive, Denver News Agency, North Jersey Media Group, Hearst Newspapers’ SFGate.com, Topix.net, MyCity/411, Times Shamrock, and the Seattle Times, which brings the network’s number of unique users in the U.S. to over 140 million.
Larry Allen, TACODA’s Senior Vice President of Business Development, said in a statement, “Brand advertisers have occasion to overlay geography onto the behavioral audience segments they target. By adding content-rich, heavily trafficked local sites run by some of the nation’s most respected media companies, we enhance advertiser access to relevant audiences in local markets as well continue to grow our national reach at a rapid rate.”
TACODA’s growth confirms a new Forrester report on behavioral targeting that concludes “the widespread adoption of behavioral targeting is eminent.”
