Two San Diego-based companies, New Condos Online and the Ryness Company, today announced a new partnership aimed at the effective national marketing of new condos in the online space.
New Condos Online is a showcase for new condos, town homes, lofts, and resort communities. It offers local and national exposure for developers who want to increase sales by generating buyer leads online. This is accomplished through search marketing, PR campaigns, and developer info pages with customizable entries and several “e-lead” links. In addition, it serves as a one-stop resource for consumers interested in buying new real estate around the country.
The Ryness Company is a leading provider of national sales and marketing for new homebuilders and developers. Ryness will immediately expand the housing network of New Condos Online, and will steadily work to bring in new clients from across the nation.
