Mediabids Holds Monthly Teleforums

Mediabids.com, an online marketplace for print advertisers, has partnered with PowerHour, a conference-calling and business technology/recruiting company to provide their customers with monthly TeleForums. Each TeleForum teleseminar is a 60-minute conference call where Medabids.com users can get info about the latest Mediabids tools and tips, as well as ad and publishing strategies. All publications registered with Mediabids can attend these TeleForums.

Mediabids president Jedd Gould acknowledged PowerHour’s president Ernest F. Oriente in a statement: “Knowing his vast experience within the print publishing industry will be a welcome resource for our member publications who are always looking for new ways to increase revenue.”

Mediabids.com was created to help publishers and advertisers buy and sell print advertising online. Currently they help more than 8,000 advertisers buy ads in more than 3,500 newspapers and magazines in the U.S. Ads are bought and sold in an online auction format, but they also facilitate traditional media buying.

Ernest F. Oriente of PowerHour is also a professional business coach, and his PowerHour TeleForum system provides distance learning, training, and coaching to companies in the real estate, publishing, and advertising industries.
