Yahoo! Canada has announced the unleashing of its new Canada-centric social service package Yahoo! Canada 360 degrees. The MySpace-like platform will bundle together old school Yahoo services like Yahoo Messenger, LAUNCHcast Radio, and Yahoo! Canada Groups with new-school “web2.0″ services like blogging, photo sharing, and news feeds.

“Canadians are looking for ways to simplify and unify their communications, content and communities,” said Yahoo! Canada 360 product manager Bryan Lipovetsky in a statement. “Yahoo! Canada 360 degrees offers Canadians an innovative way to share their lives, leverage their community and get the most out of their online experience.”

Just like the US-version of Yahoo! 360, users can add a blog, which they can share via RSS, and they can share photos using Yahoo! Canada Photos or Flickr. Yahoo! Canada 360 has integrates privacy tools, where users can choose what information they want to make public, and can easily add contacts to their “friends” page.

Sponsored ads appear above Yahoo! Canada 360 degress search results, but the personal pages, like their US counterparts, don’t currently display ads.
