Watchdog Crafts “Express” Affiliate Tools
Performance-based affiliate marketing, management and web commerce technology company WatchDog Affiliate Managers yesterday announced the release of their Watchdog “Express” suite of tools. The company hopes the tools, Merchant Express, Affiliate Express and Showcase Express, will improve the efficiency among affiliates, affiliate networks, merchants and consumers and thereby increases sales.
Affiliate Express helps affiliates to learn about affiliate marketing with downloadable marketing and site content and access the showcase creator tool, Showcase Express, which allows affiliates to display thousands of products on their websites with a single line of HTML. With the Affiliate Express resource center merchants can upload promotional resources for their affiliates as well as post information about their programs including commission structure and past communications.
The Merchant Express tool, which has packages starting at $199 per month, allows users to manage their data feeds, site content and their Merchant Gallery in addition to managing their Merchant Profiles 24/7.
“Our ability to display eye catching, rich informative media is critical as online marketing progresses to the next stage. Consumers are more informed and responsive to engaging in entertaining and informative advertisements. High speed internet plays a big role for this shift in online buying,” says Jennifer Jordan, VP of Affiliate Operations at Watchdog in a statement. “Advertisers who limit themselves to product links and images tend to lose sales to competitors who are eager to reach their consumer base.”
