The Interactive Job Market: Who’s Hiring, What They’re Looking for and How You Can Succeed
Patty Hobel
National Director of Staffing, Carat Fusion
1. What do you look for in hiring an employee at your company, and what do you recommend that job applicants of any interactive media company do?
At Carat Fusion we look for candidates who have hands-on exposure and experience in digital marketing, who are committed and passionate to a path. Our best candidates are specialists – whether that be in search, data intelligence, media, creative or account services. Job applicants from interactive media companies should exhibit their passion for targeted advertising results and come to an interview by knowing the trends in the field, as well as who are our competitors, and our products and services.
(2-4 wasn’t answered.)
5. What are you currently hiring for?
We are growing rapidly across all service lines and have openings in Search Engine Marketing, Creative, Account Services, Media, Affiliate Marketing, Finance and Data Intelligence. To review our open positions you may go to our website at www.caratfusion.com
