About.com will expand its Health Channel to include new online video programming. The site has added videos that offer users the latest tips on various health topics such as the new food pyramid, the real facts about bird flu, and treating kids’ fevers. Dr. Mona Khanna, MD, MPH, an Emmy award-winning medical correspondent, will explain the video topics. The new videos further expand About.com’s content that spans a network of 500 sites under one brand that covers 57,000 topics.
